The machine operates in three dimensions (X, Y, Z), typically cutting in the XY plane to create flat outlines. It can achieve fine details with bits as small as 1/16" and allows for variable-depth carving or etching. A vector file (such as DWG, AI, DXF, or EPS) is required for cutting. If you don't have a vector file, we can help convert your design for an additional fee.

CNC surface routing allows us to cut materials at varying depths, creating detailed 3D reliefs. By controlling the Z-axis while simultaneously moving along the X and Y planes, we can produce smooth, gradual curves or sharp, stepped cuts, depending on the design. This technique is ideal for creating textured surfaces, engraved details, and complex 3D patterns on a variety of materials, offering limitless possibilities for custom designs.
